orders to: PAYMENT TERMS – Wholesale Sales: New Accounts: For first order, payment with order. No CODs. On items purchased for resale, please enclose a completed Resale Certificate with your order. If you are purchasing items for personal use, you must pay the applicable sales tax. Re-orders: For customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. A 1.5% interest rate charge per month will be added to any account past due. Should credit be granted, all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation of credit shall be at the sole discretion of Martha Hancock DBA Martha’s Everlastings. Freight: Freight charges are F.O.B. Houston, Texas, and purchaser will be billed in addition to the wholesale price. Title: Title to merchandise transfers at point of origin. Damaged Merchandise: Common carrier assumes all responsibility for safe delivery of merchandise. Visible damage to goods should be noted on the Bill of Lading when received. Claims for visible or concealed damage must be filed with the carrier, and should be filed within 7 days after receipt. Returns: All sales are final. No returns will be accepted or credit given without prior written authorization. Guarantee: All Martha’s Everlastings™ products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. No other warranties are stated or implied on wholesale sales. Martha’s Everlastings™ limited edition prints are high-quality color reproductions.
