For wholesale orders, first determine the total quantity you will order. Then, click on "Order Now" for the first item, using the link that corresponds to the total quantity of your entire order. (You will find three links for different quantities on each item on the Wholesale Sales page.) The "View Cart" screen appears, showing the items in your "Shopping Cart." Next, click on the "Return" link, and select "Order Now" for the remaining items. After making all selections, adjust the quantity of each item if necessary. You can mix and match items to get the best price. For example, you can order one each of 10 different items, and use the "quantity 10" price. Just like shopping in a wholesale warehouse store, you can change the quantities or empty your basket any time prior to check out. For example, if you do not wish to purchase gift boxes, change the quantity to "0." Be sure to press the "recalculate" button after changing quantities. Before "checking out," print a copy of your order by selecting "print" from the file menu at the top of the page. Your order is placed on a secure server when you "Check Out," so your commercial purchase card number is protected. To Order by Phone. You also have the option of phoning us with your credit card number and your order information. Customers with established credit may order by telephone and we will send an invoice with your order. Re-orders: For customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. A 1.5% interest rate charge per month will be added to any account past due. Should credit be granted, all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation of credit shall be at the sole discretion of Martha Hancock DBA Martha’s Everlastings. Freight: Freight charges are F.O.B. Houston, Texas, and purchaser will be billed in addition to the wholesale price. Title: Title to merchandise transfers at point of origin. Damaged Merchandise: Common carrier assumes all responsibility for safe delivery of merchandise. Visible damage to goods should be noted on the Bill of Lading when received. Claims for visible or concealed damage must be filed with the carrier, and should be filed within 7 days after receipt. Returns: All sales are final.
